Zoey & Lara! The 2 10yo sisters that have spent most of their lives as pets with an older owner who unfortunately could no longer keep them. They are the sweetest girls with personalities to match. They love being inside on their beds with the odd trip to outside for a quick stretch and toilet. They have adjusted incredibly well since coming into our facility and don’t have any trouble with toileting, going for gentle strolls or travelling. We feel they would benefit a quieter lifestyle during their retirement but do not require a large yard as they spend most of their days snoozing away. A home with full-time workers would be okay for them, although if their humans wanted to stay home a little more often they would be ecstatic with that too! Gentle and respectable children are certainly not out of the question for this lovely pair, as long as they had their space and quiet time. Zoey has an eye condition called pannus, she is currently on easy to manage and low cost eye drop medication and is still a happy go lucky girl.
